A multiple degree holder, Bethany earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in opera from Judson College in Chicago; a Masters of Divinity and a Masters in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from Fuller Theological Seminary; a Doctorate of Psychoanalysis from the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies and a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychoanalysis from the same rigorous institution.
Bethany is a fellow of the International Psychoanalytic Association and a member of the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies, the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
